Advantage Marine Services, LLC provides coordinated transportation, delivery, and support services for ship owners, vessel managers, maritime agents, crew management companies, and other authorized clients. AMS understands that maritime operations are often time-sensitive and may be affected by changing vessel schedules, delayed flights, port-access requirements, documentation concerns, and last-minute itinerary changes.

Our team approaches each assignment with careful planning, clear communication, and practical attention to detail. Services are customized according to the number of crew members, pickup and destination locations, vessel schedules, required access, and any special instructions associated with the assignment.

Crew Sign-On and Sign-Off Services

AMS coordinates transportation for arriving and departing seafarers, including transfers between airports, hotels, ports, terminals, vessels, and other approved destinations.

AMS does not provide legal, immigration, or customs advice. Required documentation, approvals, and formalities remain subject to the applicable government agencies, port authorities, vessel representatives, and authorized agents.

Non-Emergency Crew Medical Transportation

When a crew member requires transportation for a routine or non-emergency medical appointment, AMS can coordinate transportation to and from local clinics, medical offices, pharmacies, and other approved facilities.

Cash to Master Services (CTM)

AMS can assist authorized vessel representatives with the secure and timely delivery of Cash to Master (CTM) funds in accordance with agreed instructions, applicable requirements, and established verification procedures.

• Coordinated delivery of approved funds to the vessel or designated recipient
• Communication with charterers, agents, vessel representatives, and authorized contacts
• Coordination of gate-list access and delivery instructions
• United States dollar denominations prepared according to advance instructions when available
• Customized arrangements based on the amount, location, timing, and access requirements
• Documented confirmation of delivery when required

Cash to Master services are subject to advance approval, identity verification, payment clearance, security procedures, service availability, applicable laws, and any additional written terms established for the assignment.

TWIC Escort and Secure-Access Coordination

AMS can coordinate TWIC escort services for authorized individuals who require access to regulated marine terminals, port facilities, or other restricted locations, subject to the rules of the applicable facility and governing authorities.

• Escort support for crew members, authorized visitors, vendors, and service personnel

Access remains subject to the requirements and approval of the applicable port, terminal, airport, TSA, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Coast Guard, or other governing authority. Advance notice may be required.

Courier and Vessel Delivery Services

AMS provides time-sensitive courier and delivery support for vessels, agents, management companies, and other authorized maritime clients.

• Delivery of approved vessel supplies and operational materials
• Pickup from airports, warehouses, vendors, offices, hotels, and designated facilities

Customers must disclose in advance whether an item is oversized, unusually heavy, fragile, hazardous, regulated, temperature-sensitive, or subject to special handling requirements. AMS may decline items that cannot be transported safely or lawfully.

Crew Airline Reservation Coordination

Crew travel arrangements can change quickly when vessel schedules shift or port arrival times are revised. AMS can assist authorized clients with coordinating airline reservations and related crew travel arrangements.

Maritime schedules do not always proceed as planned. Vessel delays, flight changes, port congestion, access restrictions, and other operational circumstances can affect even carefully arranged transportation.

AMS works closely with authorized agents, owners, managers, and crew representatives to communicate changes and adjust service arrangements when reasonably possible. Our goal is to provide organized and responsive support while maintaining clear expectations throughout each assignment.
